Feel free to ignore the Address box; it was a standard feature we were unable to disable. All we really require is your name and email address.

Note that we do not offer options such as "Canadian", because identifying through national borders is not helpful for our purposes. Please choose the geographic area that best aligns with your cultural heritage.
