DTBC Intercultural Session #3

You are about to register for DiverseTheatreBC's visioning consultation open to all Indigenous and racialized artists across dis/abilities, genders, and sexual orientations on:

Jotika Chaudhary is a Queer Femme of Colour who navigates being chronically sick. Her ancestors come from India, and she was born and raised on Coast Salish lands of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh and Squamish nations. An interdisciplinary artist who creates visual art such as zines and paintings, Jotika is also a singer and performance artist. She is a budding Expressive Arts Therapist, and has been volunteering in the social services field for 12 years. She has been facilitating arts-based spaces, workshops, performance nights centering Queer and Trans Black Indigenous and folks of colour for over 6 years. Jotika is passionate and committed to creating more spaces for artists of colour, and help them share their/our stories. Check out more about her organizing and art at www.Jotikart.com
